Authorized by 7 U.S.C. 950aaa, the DLT Program provides financial assistance to enable and improve distance learning and telemedicine services in rural areas. DLT grant funds support the use of telecommunications-enabled information, audio and video equipment, and related advanced technologies by students, teachers, medical professionals, and rural residents. These grants are intended to increase rural access to education, training, and health care resources that are otherwise unavailable or limited in scope.The regulation for the DLT Program can be found at 7 CFR part 1734. All applicants should carefully review and prepare their applications according to instructions in the FY 2026 DLT Grant Program Application Guide (Application Guide) and program resources. This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) solicits applications from eligible entities for grants to be awarded pursuant to the Great Lakes Restoration Initiative (GLRI) Action Plan IV. The GreatLakes Biology Monitoring Program (GLBMP) fulfills EPA's statutory obligation specified in Clean Water Act Section 118(c)(B) to establish a Great Lakes system-wide surveillance network to monitor the water quality of the Great Lakes. The goals of the GLBMP are to (1) report on Great Lakes water quality and ecosystem condition using assessments of the lower food web (phytoplankton, chlorophyll, zooplankton, Mysis and benthic invertebrates) as indicators; (2) assess the impacts to the lower food web from invasive species including quagga mussels; and (3) inform fisheries and habitat management. Through this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), the National Cancer Institute (NCI) solicits applications from institutions/organizations that propose to maintain or establish a Pharmacokinetics Resource Laboratory (PK Laboratory) to support the Experimental Therapeutics Clinical Trials Network (ETCTN). The PK Laboratory will organize biospecimen collections and provide subsequent analyses of pharmacokinetic endpoints, drug-drug interactions, cytochrome P450 (CYP) interactions, pharmacodynamics, and food effects in ETCTN studies of NCI Investigational New Drug (IND) agents. The overarching goal of the ETCTN PK Laboratory is to advance the clinical development of NCI IND agents by providing a comprehensive understanding of pharmacokinetic behavior of these agents under study in ETCTN trials. The ETCTN PK Laboratory will engage physicians, clinical pharmacologists, nurses, and scientists who have appropriate expertise in pharmacokinetic studies for early drug development and translational research. The National Park Service"s (NPS) Semiquincentennial Grant Program will support the physical preservation of a broad variety of cultural resources associated with the founding of America as a nation in commemoration of the country's semiquincentennial (250th anniversary). These grants are funded by the Historic Preservation Fund (HPF), administered by the NPS, and will fund physical preservation to properties listed in the National Register of Historic Places, including buildings, sites, structures, objects, or historic districts. Grants are awarded through a competitive process and do not require non-Federal match, though match may be considered as a competitive factor. The U.S. Department of State's Embassy Tashkent announces an open competition for a cooperative agreement to implement " Storytelling to Safeguard Cultural Identity and Sovereignty: Bolstering the Tourism Industry" in Uzbekistan. This BRAIN Initiative Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is to support scaled reagent production and distribution facilities involving technologies to access brain cell types. Facilities for production and distribution of these reagents by a broad set of neuroscientists will be encouraged. This NOFO is part of the BRAIN Initiative Armamentarium for Brain Cell Access transformative project. Efforts will be supported to produce and distribute gene transfer, gene regulation, and genome engineering reagents for use in both genetically tractable and less tractable systems, including primates and human tissue, which are relevant for future translational efforts. Reagents to be produced and distributed are those designed and validated under other NOFOs from the Armamentarium transformative project.

The Archaeology Program supports anthropologically relevant archaeological research to increase understanding of past behaviors. This means that the value of the proposed research can be justified within an anthropological context. It is the responsibility of the investigator to explain convincingly why the focus of their research is significant and has the potential to contribute to anthropological knowledge. The program sets no priorities by either geographic region or time period. It also has no priorities in regard to theoretical orientation or question. While the program, in order to encourage innovative research, neither limits nor defines specific categories of research, most proposals either request funds for field research or the analysis of archaeological material through multiple approaches.

The Department of State’s Office of the Nonproliferation and Disarmament Fund (ACN/NDF) is pleased to announce an open competition for assistance awards through this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO). ACN/NDF invites U.S.-based non-profit/non-governmental organizations to submit proposals for projects that will advance the mission of NDF’s event management project for the 2027 Multilateral Action on Sensitive Technologies (MAST) Plenary. MAST provides a coordinating forum for key foreign countries, which are producers and suppliers of sensitive technologies, to develop the tools and procedures needed to safeguard sensitive technologies possessing weapons of mass destruction (WMD) and enable capabilities from foreign diversion, exploitation, and potential misuse. These activities will reduce the potential for diversion of weapons-applicable sensitive goods and technologies, including through integration of data collection, development of response options, and coordinated multilateral execution. Working groups operate to regularize communication among the partners between plenary sessions and examine technology-related issues in greater detail. The Division of Kidney, Urologic, and Hematologic Diseases (KUH) at the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) currently supports several institutional and individual training and career development programs. A.   The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) invites proposals for a project to conduct a comprehensive uncertainty analysis for new outflow rating equations associated with a critical water control structure on Lake Superior. The primary focus of this funding opportunity is to enhance the accuracy and reliability of discharge measurements, which are fundamental to the effective management of the Great Lakes system under the Lake Superior Regulation Plan. The base task, along with both options, are all tasks that are related to improving Lake Superior outflow regulation. However, these tasks are not interdependent. The base, option 1 and option 2, are simply a priority given to these tasks if funding should be available. Task 1: Current operational procedures for the structure’s gates include partially open settings that are not accounted for in historical rating equations. To address this, new rating equations are currently under development by a team at the University of Michigan using advanced physical and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) modeling. A key requirement for a successful proposal under this announcement is a well-defined plan for the awardee to work collaboratively and integrate their efforts with the existing University of Michigan modeling team. This partnership will be essential to ensure the resulting uncertainty analysis is robust and directly applicable to the new ratings.
