The purpose of this NOFO is to improved awareness and knowledge of alpha-gal syndrome (AGS) in the United States. AGS is an emerging condition and is not nationally notifiable. This NOFO seeks to improve AGS surveillance, patient care, and public awareness and understanding. The NOFO strategies are to 1) SHARE - Formation of a network of AGS professionals to disseminate latest knowledge of AGS among stakeholders, including public health agencies, academic researchers, and advocacy groups, in order to improve patient care for AGS and the public health response. 2) EDUCATE - Create AGS communications targeted at the general public, AGS patients, or persons at higher risk for tick encounters (outdoor enthusiasts, dog owners, outdoor workers, etc.). Create communications targeted at healthcare providers including educational resources and training. 3) TRACK - Conduct active or enhances public health surveillance for AGS. This strategy could involve patient populations or geographical locations with limited access to specialized healthcare provider care.

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration¿s (PHMSA) FY 2026 CAAP NOFO solicits research proposals from nonprofit institutions of higher education for the Pipeline Safety Research and Development (R&D) Program. States play an essential role in conserving and recovering species listed as endangered or threatened under the Endangered Species Act (ESA), 16 U.S.C. 1535. Listed species under NOAA’s National Marine Fisheries Service’s (NMFS) jurisdiction may spend all or part of their life cycles in state waters, and success in conserving these species depends largely on working cooperatively with the States. NMFS is authorized to provide Federal assistance to eligible State agencies to support the development and implementation of conservation programs for listed marine and anadromous species that reside within that State. This assistance, provided in the form of grants or cooperative agreements through the Species Recovery Grants to States Program, can be used to support conservation activities for any endangered or threatened species, as well as monitoring candidate species, recently delisted species, and species proposed for listing under the ESA. Funded activities may include development and implementation of management efforts, scientific research, and public education and outreach. Proposals should seek to address priority actions in ESA Recovery Plans or Recovery Outlines to the extent possible. The U.S. Embassy in New Delhi announces an open competition for organizations to implement the U.S. India Sports Technology Partnership Program. This initiative supports “Mission 500,” the mandate to double bilateral trade between the United States and India to $500 billion by 2030 and is designed to establish a disciplined commercial pipeline for American innovation. Through national dialogues, applied demonstrations, and targeted engagement activities held across multiple cities across India (including but not limited to New Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru, Guwahati, Aizwal, Mumbai and Hyderabad) the program will connect Indian sports authorities, professional leagues, sports medicine institutions, and sports innovation stakeholders with U.S. experts, companies, and research institutions. The U.S. Consulate General Mumbai invites proposals for a cooperative agreement to design and implement a high-impact public diplomacy initiative Solutions for Energy Security A U.S. India Energy Technology Partnership. The purpose of this Program Announcement (PAR) is to enable clinical validation of strong candidate biomarkers for neurological diseases and conditions. Specifically, the goal of this PAR is to enable the rigorous validation of biomarker measurements within the clinical population of interest to establish the positive and negative predictive values of the candidate biomarker consistent with FDA guidelines. This PAR assumes that 1) a candidate biomarker has already been identified, 2) detection method technology has already been developed and analytically validated, and 3) the research and/or clinical need and potential context of use has been identified.

The purpose of this notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) is to support rigorous analytical validation of method(s) used for measuring biomarkers for neurological and neuromuscular disorders for use in clinical trials or clinical practice. Applicants must justify the unmet need for the biomarker(s) and measurement methods and specify one or two context(s) of use for the biomarker(s). Activities supported include optimizing and evaluating the accuracy, precision, reportable range, and analytical sensitivity and specificity of the detection method across multiple sites and operators and establishing reference intervals and quality control procedures. Multi-site applications are expected but not required.

The purpose of this proposed Notice of Funding Announcement (NOFO) is to support development of biomarkers or clinical outcomes derived from digital health technology (DHT) for use in clinical trials for remote monitoring as primary or secondary endpoints. To improve clinical impact, increase statistical feasibility, and promote standardization, applicants will be expected to develop and test the digitally derived assessments in populations from at least three different diseases or conditions. Partnerships with non-profit patient advocacy organizations will be required.

Per the McGovern-Dole program’s authorizing legislation, this funding opportunity is intended to improve food security, reduce the incidence of hunger, and improve literacy and primary education, particularly with respect to girls, through the procurement of U.S. agricultural commodities, plus the provision of financial and technical assistance. The U.S. Mission to the European Union’s commemoration of America’s 250th birthday aims to showcase America’s rich history and honor U.S.-EU contributions to global peace, security, and prosperity. The purpose of this program is to create a Center of Excellence for Eating Disorders. The Center will provide national training and technical assistance (TTA) to healthcare providers on screening, brief intervention, and referral to treatment for eating disorders. The Center will also provide TTA to paraprofessionals and relevant non-clinical community service providers. The TTA is intended to identify and support individuals across the lifespan, including children and youth, with or at risk for eating disorders.

Program Description: The purpose of the Educational Technology, Media, and Materials for Individuals with Disabilities Program is to improve results for children with disabilities by (1) promoting the development, demonstration, and use of technology; (2) supporting educational activities designed to be of educational value in the classroom for students with disabilities; (3) providing support for captioning and video description that is appropriate for use in the classroom; and (4) providing accessible educational materials to students with disabilities in a timely manner. This competition establishes Accessible Education Video Projects that are designed to meet requirements under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
