The purpose of the Special Research Grants Program for Aquaculture Research (Assistance Listing Number 10.200) is to support the development of a vibrant, robust, and profitable aquaculture industry in the United States by generating new, science-based information and technology to address industry constraints. Applied research is needed to develop practical solutions that will facilitate growth and remove limitations to expansion of the United States aquaculture industry. Results of projects supported by this program are intended to help improve the profitability of the United States aquaculture industry, reduce the multi-billion-dollar United States seafood trade deficit, increase domestic food security, expand markets for United States-produced products, and provide more jobs for rural and coastal America.

The purpose of this program is to identify youth and young adults, not more than 25 years old, at clinical high risk for psychosis and provide evidence-based interventions to prevent the onset of psychosis or lessen the severity of psychotic disorder.

This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) seeks applications for proof-of-concept testing and development of new technologies and novel approaches for recording and modulation of neural cells and circuits, to address major challenges and enable transformative understanding of dynamic signaling in the central nervous system. Preliminary feasibility data are not required, and it is expected that the proposed research may be high-risk, but if successful could profoundly change the course of neuroscience research. Applications may propose development of instrumentation hardware and/or devices and associated software, and/or molecular constructs for sensing and manipulating neural activity. Approaches may utilize any modality such as optical, electrical, magnetic, or acoustic recording/manipulation, to target neuronal electrical signals or other forms of neural activity, including intracellular signaling and engagement of non-neuronal cells in circuit function. The Secretary of the Interior (Secretary), through the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), is soliciting grants from Indian Organizations to establish and operate off-reservation Indian child and family service programs. The intent of the Indian child and family service programs is to provide services for stabilizing Indian families and Tribes, preventing the breakup of Indian families and, in particular, to ensure that the permanent removal of an Indian child from the custody of his/her Indian parents or Indian custodian should be a last resort.

The purpose of the CGSA program is to enhance the quality of assessment instruments and assessment systems used by States for measuring the academic achievement and growth of elementary and secondary school students. The FY 2026 competition includes two absolute priorities, three competitive preference priorities, two invitational priorities, selection criteria, and requirements. The absolute priorities are: 1) Developing Innovative Assessment Item Types and Design Approaches and 2) Meaningful Learning Opportunities. The competitive preference priorities are: 1) Improving Assessment Scoring and Score Reporting, 2) Assessing Student Growth, and 3) Comprehensive Academic Assessment Instruments. The invitational priorities are: 1) Assessment and Data Literacy and 2) Comprehensive Assessment Systems.

The purpose of this program, under Assistance Listing Number 10.228, is to promote and strengthen the ability of Alaska Native-serving Institutions and Native Hawaiian-serving Institutions to carry out education, applied research, and related community development programs. NIFA intends this program to address educational needs, as determined by each institution, within a broadly defined area of food, agricultural, natural resources, and human sciences (FANH). 

The primary goal of BFRDP, under assistance listing number 10.311, is to help beginning farmers and ranchers in the United States and its territories enter and/or improve their successes in farming, ranching, and management of nonindustrial private forest lands, through support for projects that provide education, outreach, and technical assistance to give beginning farmers and ranchers the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to make informed decisions for their operations and enhance their sustainability. 

The purpose of the GusNIP-NI is to fund and evaluate projects intended to increase the purchase of fruits and vegetables by SNAP participants in all 50 States, the District of Columbia, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands; and the Nutrition Assistance Program (NAP) Block Grants participants in Puerto Rico, American Samoa, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands by providing incentives at the point of purchase. When the term “SNAP/NAP” is used it is means both the SNAPNAP Block Grants.

Save America"s Treasures grants from the Historic Preservation Fund provide preservation and/or conservation assistance to nationally significant historic properties and collections. For collections, the program supports museums, libraries, archives, and all other collecting institutions in addressing conservation needs of nationally significant collections including physical conservation, curation, care, and collections management. Grants are awarded through a competitive process and require a dollar-for-dollar, non-Federal match, which can be cash or documented in-kind. The grant program is administered by the National Park Service (NPS) in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA), the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH), and the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS).There are separate opportunities for preservation and collections projects. Expected Impact:Projects are expected to deliver results aligned with the expected results set out below and to evidence their contribution through dedicated KPIs defined in the proposal. Expected results include:• tangible capacity increases in EU-based production of the targeted energetic components, with demonstrated contribution to competitiveness;• improved resilience & geographical distribution of supply, reducing single points of failure for energetic materials and related industrial services;• strengthened availability and security of supply for priority defence product production lines, commensurate with identified risks and exposure to the risk of materialisation of conventional military threats;• and measurable lead-time reductions, establishment or availability of reserved capacity where applicable, and workforce trained to operate and sustain the reinforced production lines....

The goal of this concept is to increase the impact of the BRAIN Initiative by targeted dissemination and integration of validated BRAIN Initiative tools to investigators at institutions that historically have not been major recipients of NIH support. This will be accomplished by awards to PIs at resource-limited institutions (RLIs) who pair with BRAIN technologists to facilitate training and adoption of BRAIN Initiative technologies in the recipient laboratories. Goals include two-way knowledge transfer between the PI and BRAIN technologist and to increase the participation of PIs at RLIs in BRAIN Initiative relevant research.

The purpose of this funding opportunity is to support research addressing barriers that limit progress toward more effective open- and closed-loop diabetes control systems. The objective of the HP-CMV program is to support, enrich, and evaluate CMV safety programs and to target unsafe driving of CMVs and non-CMVs in areas identified as high-risk crash corridors, promote the safe and secure movement of hazardous materials, improve safety of transportation of goods and passengers in foreign commerce, demonstrate new technologies to improve CMV safety, support participation in the Performance Registration Information Systems Management (PRISM) program, support safety data improvement projects, increase public awareness and education on CMV safety, and otherwise improve CMV safety. The Commercial Motor Vehicle Operator Safety Training (CMVOST) grant program provides financial assistance to organizations that provide CMV operator training to future CDL holders in the safe use of commercial motor vehicles. The program priority is providing training to current and former members of the U.S. Armed Forces, including National Guard members and Reservists, as well as certain military family members.

The CDLPI program objective is to provide financial assistance to States and other eligible entities to carry out and improve the national CDL program. The national CDL program focuses on the concept that each driver has only one driving record and only one licensing document, commonly referred to as "“One Driver — One License — One Record."” Further, the national CDL program requires States to conduct knowledge and skills testing before issuing a Commercial Learner’s Permit (CLP) and/or CDL; to maintain a complete and accurate driver history record (DHR) for anyone who obtains a CLP and/or CDL; and to impose driver disqualifications, as required by the regulations.

Agency Name: DOT-Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Description: The objective of the HP-ITD program is to advance the technological capability and promote the deployment of intelligent transportation system applications for CMV Operations, including CMV, commercial driver, and carrier-specific information systems and networks, and to support/maintain CMV information systems/networks to (i) link Federal motor carrier safety information systems with State CMV systems; (ii) improve safety and productivity of CMVs and commercial drivers; (iii) and reduce costs associated with CMVS operations and regulator requirements.

The National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS) invites applications for the Awards Supporting Cutting-Edge Technologies for Translational Science (ASCETTS) Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) to foster investigator-initiated development of highly innovative technologies to address barriers, limitations, or bottlenecks in translational science particularly for therapeutic development. This program will support the early-stage proof of concept, high-risk and potentially high-reward studies for feasibility and exploratory technology development, which can transform or significantly improve the efficiency of therapeutic development to achieve NCATS ultimate goals - more treatments to all people more quickly. The research proposed should be for the development of technology that can break new ground or extend present technology toward new directions or novel applications. With this initiative, we expect to support the development and/or prototyping of new technologies that will lead to improved efficiency in the therapeutic development pipeline.

Through CSP State Entity grants, the Department awards grants on a competitive basis to State entities that, in turn, award subgrants to eligible applicants for the purpose of opening new charter schools and replicating and expanding high-quality charter schools. This program provides financial assistance to State entities to support charter schools that serve elementary and secondary school students in States with a State statute specifically authorizing the establishment of charter schools. Charter schools receiving funds under this program may also serve students in early childhood education programs or post secondary students.

The Secretary of the Interior ("Secretary"), through the Division of Energy and Mineral Development (DEMD), Office of Trust Services, Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), is soliciting grant proposals from Federally recognized Tribal entities for the Energy and Mineral Development Program (EMDP) grant. The EMDP grant seeks to identify, evaluate, and assess, energy or mineral resources and related projects on Indian land.Certified Local Governments are encouraged to prioritize projects in support of the celebration of America"s 250th birthday (American250). The Gulf of America Division (“GAD”), located in U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”) Region 4, is part of the EPA Great Water Body program that collaborates to protect, maintain, and restore the health and productivity of the Gulf of America consistent with the economic well-being of the region. EPA’s actions are designed to support improved water quality; to enhance, restore and/or protect natural habitats; and to improve the region’s ability to withstand storm events. This notice announces the availability of funds and solicits applications to improve water quality and/or habitat through collaboration with America’s farmers. The SPST Grant Program was authorized by Congress in the Hazardous Materials Transportation Authorization Act of 1994 (P. L. 103¿311), which amended 49 U.S.C. § 5116 and added a new subsection (i) concerning supplemental training grants. SPST grants are open to national nonprofit fire service organizations to train instructors to conduct HAZMAT response training programs for individuals with statutory responsibility to respond to HAZMAT accidents and incidents. To the extent determined appropriate, SPST grant funds may also be used to train individuals responsible for responding to accidents and incidents involving hazardous material.
